  OVERVIEW DATASHEET

The AS2110 Radar Test System is designed to test radar systems from 1 to 20 GHz. The AS2110 will test various radar types including primary and secondary. It will also test complex modulation types such as Doppler and pulse compression systems.

All of the standard radar data can be extracted from the AS2110. Expansion to test multi-channel radars and to higher frequencies of 40GHz and beyond is easily achieved with add-on hardware, without redundancy of the existing system. The whole system is controlled via windows software platforms with a run time similar to Labview.

In order to test radars, the AS2110 has to be split into two basic sub-systems; transmitter test and receiver test. Both systems require different but related test set-ups.
